I strive to produce jewelry that will last a lifetime. I will repair or replace a defective piece at my discretion. Typical repair includes clasp failure, chain breakage, stone failure or loose setting. Damage from extreme conditions may not be repairable.

If you happen to lose an earring please contact me for possible replacement. More secure ear wires are available for an extra charge.

Shipping - Items purchased from this website are shipped free, returns are your cost and must include insurance.

Refund: I do not allow returns or refunds unless agreed upon in advance of purchase. Most refunds will be less service charges charged by Square.

Custom pieces: May not be returned except in cases of product failure.
